My name is Mariana Garmash. I am a mother of two boys (2 years old US citizen and 9 years old Ukrainian). We arrived from Kyiv, Ukraine to Bay Area on the last flight to the United States once we had received an email from the US Embassy about possible danger and unsafe situation in our country. My husband and relatives are remaining in Ukraine. Thank God at least my kids and I are safe! My fellow Ukrainians have provided me a place to stay in San Jose for one month. So, after that I will need help to find a place to live. As well as school, daycare, food, money, legal assistance in obtaining TPS, and a job. I'm trying to reach out everyone for help but so far, unfortunately, no results. This is very harsh time for me for obvious reasons. But I believe in kindness and humanity. I appreciate any help and ask that you please send me a response letting me know if you are able to provide any support with money, housing, school, daycare, getting legal help with TPS, English learning, getting a job.
